Typographical Errors

In the event that a Made from Trees product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Made from Trees Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Made from Trees reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Made from Trees shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term; Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Made from Trees without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to view and distribute user-generated content on the site, Made from Trees is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any contents or activities on the site. However, Made from Trees reserves the right to block or remove communications or materials that it determines to be (a) abusive, defamatory, or obscene, (b) fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, (c) in violation of a copyright, trademark or; other intellectual property right of another or (d) offensive or otherwise unacceptable to Made from Trees in its sole discretion.

Indemnification

In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Made from Trees may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Made from Trees, Made from Trees has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Made from Trees. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, Made from Trees seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

The Consumer Contracts Regulations

When you buy goods online you have additional rights to return them. This is because your decision may be based on a brief description or a photograph – so what you receive isn't always quite what you’d expected.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you are allowed to return an item if you simply change your mind.*  

Online returns timelines

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your online order, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods*. You need to notify us by email at enquiries@madefromtrees.co.uk  of your wish to cancel your order within this time period. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods in the original packaging and in good condition.

Paying to return goods

You must cover the cost for returning unwanted goods, unless we agree in writing that we will cover this cost in full or part prior to returning the item.

We recommend you obtain proof of postage and arrival for all returns.

If the item is faulty, we will refund the initial delivery cost together with the item cost.

Getting a refund

While you have to pay to return the goods (unless the goods are faulty), we will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place.

Refunds will be paid using the initial payment method within 14 working days following receipt of the returned items.  A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
